L.D. and Ann (Vancik) Wasicek were married at the Sealy Church of Christ on November 2, 1949. Victoria has been home for 55 years, where they were engaged in land development, residential construction and other businesses.
The couple have three sons and one daughter; Larry, Bill, Mike, and Kathy. Nine grandchildren: Larry and wife, June, of Victoria, have Corey and Christopher; Bill and wife, Bonnie, of Victoria, have Wyatt, Susan, and Bryan; Mike and wife, Jan, presently in Buson, South Korea have Kristy and Kara; Kathy and husband, David Bays, of Victoria, have Rachel and Jennifer. Five great-grand children include Cobey, Nickolaus, Anna, Jordan, and Madison.
