Jay T. and Patty Willis of Victoria are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kelsey Jaide Willis, to Joshua Eric Schuenemann, son of Natalie Schuenemann and grandson of Gus and Jeanne Schuenemann of Inez, Texas.

The couple will exchange wedding vows at 5:30 in the afternoon on November 14, 2009 at the Victoria Art League in Victoria, Texas.

Kelsey is a 2004 graduate of Memorial High School in Victoria, Texas and a December 2008 graduate of the University of Houston Victoria with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology. She is currently completing graduate studies towards a Masters degree in counseling psychology at UHV. She is employed by Gulf Bend MHMR Center.

Joshua is a 2004 graduate of Industrial High School in Inez, Texas. He is currently attending the Victoria College Fire Academy and is employed by Discount Tire Co. in Victoria as a Tire and Inventory Technician.
