VICTORIA - Michelle Kendrell Pettus, 44, of Victoria, by officers Tuesday on a warrant charging her with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.

VICTORIA - Rudy Earl Cline, 51, of Edna, by officers Tuesday on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.

VICTORIA - Christopher Immenhauser, 26, of Yoakum, by officers Monday on a warrant charging him with violation of parole.

PORT LAVACA - A Calhoun County grand jury recently returned indictments against six people.

Miguel Abrego, 20, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 5.

Larry Michael Garcia, 42, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense, on Aug. 21.

Brandy Jolene Guthrie, 27, of Seadrift, on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance on July 28.

Mark Anthony Ramirez, 28, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance on Aug. 1.

Robert Sanchez Jr., 56, of San Antonio, on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense, on Aug. 21.

Gerald Alayn Sifuentes, 29, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of driving while intoxicated, third offense, on Sept. 6.
