Editor, the Advocate:

I am writing to express my opinion and concerns of the many unsightly views in Victoria County. The views that I am talking about are the yards and tracts of property with trash, junk and broken-down cars all over the place. I feel that these owners should have to abide by the same rules and regulations as the residents in the city.

All of the clutter is unsafe in many ways, including health issues with rodents that could have rabies and snakes. Some property which is seen in the county has livestock on it, and the owners disregard their metal, wire and other junk on the same property, which could be harmful to the livestock. The livestock could get cuts and bites by snakes or rabid rodents and then sold to market for human consumption.

It would be really great if the county would force these residents and property owners to clean up their mess.
