Ranging Reporter JJ Velasquez was at IHOP Thursday morning. People answered the question of the day:
Is the government doing enough to contain the spread of swine flu?
A: "I think so. With the vaccines, I think they're doing as much as they can. Would I take the vaccines? No."
Shannon George, sales, Victoria
A: "I saw in the news something about if you're between certain ages, you can't take the shot. I feel like anyone should be able to get it."
Yvonne Ureste, waitress, Seadrift
A: "We think they are. It's not as easy as people think to get all the supplies ready."
Leodeli Galvan, manager, Victoria
A: "I don't think that they're doing enough for the simple fact that they're making it available, but not available to the ones that need it. Elderly and youth need to be administered before anyone else."
Barbara Dilworth, telecommunications, Victoria
