Local and state authorities continue to investigate the death of Carrol Fondren, a 68-year-old Port Lavaca man who was found dead in his home on Trinity Street early Thursday morning.

Police have not released how Fondren died, but signs of a struggle were observed at the crime scene.

Authorities continue to talk to suspects, but no arrests have been made, officials said Saturday.
