Crime: A Victoria resident discovered that several of his personal checks were used in local stores in September without his permission.
Suspects: The suspects appear to be a white man and a white or Hispanic woman. The man has dark hair and a tattoo on his right forearm near his elbow. He has been seen wearing a green and white cap and either a black shirt with white print or an orange shirt. The woman has dark, shoulder-length hair and a tattoo on her upper left arm.
