LOS ANGELES (AP) — Prosecutors say they won't pursue charges against Mike Tyson or a photographer after a scuffle at Los Angeles International Airport.

City attorney spokesman Frank Mateljan said Thursday prosecutors found insufficient evidence to pursue charges.

Tyson and photographer Tony Echeverria were arrested in November after the former heavyweight champion was accused of hitting the photographer.

Tyson's attorney Shawn Chapman Holley said after the incident that Echeverria was overly aggressive and collided with the stroller of the boxer's infant daughter.

Holley says prosecutors made the right decision on charges. She says the decision is a small victory for those who are harassed by the paparazzi.

Attempts to reach Echeverria were unsuccessful.
