i think he should be facing death. not only is he in the united state army, he went against his brothers and killed them. that is a disgrace upon all disgraces. he killed like what 13 people?! so of coarse he should get the death penality!!!!!

After the formalities of his conviction are completed, I think a free trip to Afghanistan via military transport would be appropriate. Then have him parachute safely out of the plane over one of our Army bases at, say about 10,00 feet. He can plan his next life and count his virgins on the way down.

I think we should handle him like they do in the middle east. Chop off both of his hands because he used them to hold the gun. Chop off both of his feet because he used then to get around while killing his victims. Then chop off his head. If he survives, let him go free.

Let's put the political correctness crap out. This guy killed 13 people, that we know. Why he did it, that we know. He wanted to die that day, that we should not give him. He needs to be sent to the Supermax in CO and let him live the rest of his miserable life there, in a wheel chair. And please, please, do not bring buzzards and pigs into the picture, they are nothing but beautiful animals and there is a good chance that they would get sick if they eat him. And for those people that claimed that he was a soldier, he was not. He wore the uniform; wearing the uniform does not make you a soldier. Our institution failed those soldiers and if anything comes out of this, it should be to help us weed out these type of individuals that have more royalty to the Sharia than our Constitution. And for those that are fanatics in defending this guy and his religious' view and bring the fact that there are many Christian fanatics, well, there are plenty of people that refuse to enlist because is against their beliefs. If this guy was really against what we stood as a military, he should had left back in 2001, when he was barely starting medical school.

He was given the death sentence on that day by the female officer, but he survived. They should poll the families of the victims and find out what they think. Treat him like a science project and then throw him to the bowels of our prison system for a while and then bury him in a paupers grave with no honers.

In accordance with the laws set forth by our nation. He should be tried before a military court and declared guilty he should be punished in accordance with the law.

I find myself in General Sam Houston's shoes at this point. While all these crazies are hollering for death, I find myself wanting more. We should find out why he did what he did, what made him go from thoughts and talk to action. We need to learn from this event so that similar mistakes are not made later.

I'm wondering why he was transported to the hospital in the first place. Look at all the money wasted on saving his worthless life. Now, he's gonna be tried, convicted and sentenced. Death is appropriate but not assured. He should have been allowed to bleed out on the floor after he was shot. I'll bet a Whopper against a Big Mac that the cop used a 9MM. I'm thinkin' a .45 would have been more effective.
