In response to Leonard in Hallettsville. The people who you call illegal and who are taking jobs you do not want to go out and seek. You do not want to be paid that amount. These people work hard for money, and they work at jobs that people like you would not think of working at.

My comment is directed to Mary. There are good and bad teachers, and this is about separating the two. And, yes, the parents are accountable for their children's education as well
