VICTORIA - Jermaine Eugene Taylor, 23, of Victoria with engaging in organized criminal activity Thursday. He is accused of planning a burglary along with three other people on Oct. 4.
VICTORIA - Joshua Joe Haddock, 21, of Victoria by officers Friday on warrants charging him with violation of parole, bail jumping, bond forfeiture on charges of driving with an invalid license and on suspicion of evading arrest.
VICTORIA - Jimmy D. Callis, 18, of Victoria by officers Friday on a warrant charging him with aggravated sexual assault.
VICTORIA - Joseph Anthony Russo, 44, of Port Lavaca on a warrant charging him with theft of property valued between $1,500 and $20,000, and probation violations.
VICTORIA- A 34-year-old McAllen man by troopers Friday on suspicion of possession of between 5 and 50 pounds of marijuana. The man was stopped for improper lighting on his rear license plate on U.S. Highway 59. The man consented to a search of his Ford Ranger and the trooper found 16 pounds of marijuana in the spare tire underneath the truck. A 32-year-old Mission man who was a passenger was arrested also arrested on the same charge.
VICTORIA - An 18-year-old Victoria man by officers Thursday on suspicion of possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana in a drug-free zone.
VICTORIA - A 48-year-old Victoria man, a 50-year-old Victoria man and a 28-year-old Victoria man by troopers Thursday on suspicion of possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance. Trooper executed a search warrant at a home in the 800 block of Charleston Street where the men lived in and found useable amounts of methamphetamine.
