Thursday's opening round

St. Paul vs. Ganado, 9 a.m.

Faith Academy vs. Pine Drive Christian, noon

Yorktown vs. Believer's Academy, 1:30 p.m.

Friday's opening round games

Bellville Faith Academy vs. Regents, 9 a.m.

Lutheran vs. Rosehill Christian, 10:30 a.m.

Woodsboro vs. CASA, noon

Incarnate Word vs. St. Anthony's, 1:30 p.m.

The Faith Academy gym will host eight games on Thursday on the first day of the Best Western Lady Cougar Classic.

The Lady Cougars open their home tournament at noon against Dickinson Pine Drive and would play at 7:30 p.m. with a win and 4:30 p.m. with a loss. Faith Academy is 4-1 on the season after a 53-50 non-district win over Moulton on Tuesday.

St. Joseph comes into the tournament with a 2-4 record and plays at 10:30 p.m. against Providence Classical. St. Paul versus Ganado at 9 a.m. and Yorktown against Believer's Academy at 1:30 p.m.

The tournament championship is at 7:30 p.m. on Saturday.
