</b>Arrested</b>VICTORIA - A 25-year-old Victoria man by officers Wednesday on suspicion of unlawful restraint, interfering with an emergency phone call and assault causing bodily injury.

</b>Damaged</b>VICTORIA - Six headstones valued at $1,450 at Evergreen Cemetery at 1805 Red River St. on Tuesday, according to a deputy's report. The headstones had been run over with a vehicle.

    When did they move Evergreen Cemetery to 1805 Red River? Last time I looked the cemetery was located on Vine Street.
