A 52-year-old Victoria man was sentenced to 99 years in prison on Wednesday for the sexual assault of a young relative.
Jose Abraham Guerrero was convicted of three counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child. Judge Skipper Koetter sentenced Guerrero on Wednesday.
Guerrero is accused of abusing the victim when she was young child until she was 12 years old. The girl is now 16.
"The victim should be praised for her courage to testify against her abuser and bring him to justice in a court of law," said Assistant District Attorney Eli Garza, who prosecuted the case.

If he is placed in general population he will suffer. Even the hard core convicts have a code.As to the punishment that awaits him, it is sick to think about, but almost heart warming.

November 19, 2009 at 7 a.m.Along with 99 years, I think amputation would also be a proper punishment, and I do not have to say which part should be amputated.
