I am calling concerning the noisy traffic in Victoria, which is mostly the trains. It is very annoying when it is trying to beep all times of the night - every two to three hours. Maybe they ought to put a stop to that beeping because the beeping is keeping people awake at night, and people are not able to get up in the morning sometimes to get to work, or to get to school.

Congratulation on your many awards, of which you so constantly remind us. Let me add another that you will not likely publish. This is for incompetence in sports reporting. On Nov. 16, you for the second straight week failed to run the BCS football top 25 list.

And you very likely became the only paper in the nation not to run it, or even run the AP top 25.

I believe that the Christmas light vandalism should be considered a hate crime because they hate authority and they hate personal property rights.

The displays did not belong to them.
