More than 200 clients daily are assisted through the services of Devereux Foundation, a fixture in Victoria since November 1959. Based in 11 states, Devereux operates 22 treatment centers with special education schools and foster care programs. Devereux-Victoria is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide human services to people with special needs derived from behavioral, psychological, intellectual or neurological impairments.
