ArrestedVICTORIA - Eric Lee Licerio, 19, of Victoria on a warrant for violating parole on aggravated robbery charges.

VICTORIA - Chad Allen Rickaway, 21, of Victoria a warrant for theft of $1,500 or more than, but less than $20,000. He was in custody on an unrelated charge.

VICTORIA - Craig Arthur Balboa, 28, of Victoria on a warrant for a violation of parole for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair.

VICTORIA - Robert Elias Medrano, 39, of Victoria on a warrant for a violation of parole for a controlled substance of less than 4 grams.

VICTORIA - Michael Bradley Spann, 25, of Houston turned himself in to the Victoria County Sheriff's Office on a warrant of violation of parole, possession of marijuana of less than 2 oz.

VICTORIA - Ruben Morales, 17, of Victoria after failing his drug test as part of his probation. He fled, but was tackled to the floor by Officer Floyd Jaster.
