HALLETTSVILLE - A Lavaca County grand jury recently returned 35 indictments.

Jesse D. Wright Jr., 26, of Shiner, on two charges of aggravated sexual assault on Nov. 17.

Caesar Frank Taylor, 48, of Houston, on charges of burglary of a building and burglary of a habitation on July 20.

Lupe Edward Rosales, 44, of Yoakum, on two charges of delivery of a controlled substance on July 2 and Aug. 8.

Carlos Romero, 36, of Hallettsville, on charges of sexual assault and indecency with a child on Feb. 14.

Ted Ariesto Muniz Jr., 23, of Flatonia, on a charge of aggravated assault, on July 25.

Mark Douglas Key, 29, of Houston, on charges of burglary of a building and burglary of a habitation on July 20.

Antione Dancy, 17, of Hallettsville, on charges of burglary of a building on Sept. 13 and Sept. 30.

Grover Clifton Dow Jr., 33, of Hallettsville, on a charge of burglary of a habitation on June 24.

Jonathan Robert Armstrong, 30, of Hallettsville, on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle on Oct. 21.

Leonard Ray Brown, 28, of Hallettsville, on a charge of evading arrest with a vehicle on Oct. 21, 2008.

Elvis Brooks Jr., 27, of Shiner, on a charge of unlawfully carrying a weapon on licensed premises on March 1.

Eric Jerome Caballero, 26, of Moulton, on a charge of prohibited substance in correctional facility on July 11.

Alvaro Infante Carrillo, age unknown, of San Antonio, on a charge of driving while intoxicated on June 27.

Lisa Renee Crosby, 45, of Yoakum, of a charge of driving while intoxicated third offense or more on May 16.

Darryl Ehler, 49, of Hallettsville, on a charge of possession of a controlled substance on July 30.

Christine Lynn Frederick, 44, of Shiner, on charges of theft of a firearm on June 18, 19 and 26.

Marcus Alan Gaitan, 30, of Hallettsville, on a charge of aggravated kidnapping on Sept. 4.

Jerry Don Gallant, 30, of Shiner, on a charge of driving while intoxicated with two prior convictions on Sept. 5.

Angelica Marie Garza, 19, of Yoakum, on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance on Feb. 10.
