HALLETTSVILLE - A Lavaca County grand jury has indicted four men for capital murder in connection with the shooting death of Teodoro Cervantes, 70, in Yoakum in late September.
Indicted were Jordan Cole Hessler, 20, Hugo Adrian Ibarra, 18, Jacob Reynosa, 20, and Anthony Lewis Rocha, 18, all of Yoakum. They were all named in a two-count indictment charging capital murder and felony murder.
Reynosa, in a statement to police, identified Hessler as the trigger man.

What happened to the 5th guy? One of the accused is being shown with only drug charges... not murder charges. Why is that?
