· VICTORIA - Marco Louis Rubio, 26, of Victoria by officers Thursday morning on a warrant charging him with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
· VICTORIA - An 18-year-old Victoria man by officers Thursday morning on suspicion of attempted burglary of a building.
· VICTORIA - A 33-year-old Victoria woman by officers Thursday morning on suspicion of unauthorized use of a vehicle.
· VICTORIA - Donald Walter Hosek Jr., 43, of Victoria, by officers Thursday morning on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone, tampering with or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair and a warrant charging him with violation of parole.
· VICTORIA - A 38-year-old Taft woman by troopers Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance of less than one gram.
· VICTORIA - A 27-year-old Arlington man by troopers Wednesday afternoon on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance less than one gram.
· VICTORIA - A 30-year-old Victoria man by officers Wednesday night on suspicion of possession of a controlled substance more than one gram in a drug-free zone.
Sentenced
PORT LAVACA - Christopher Lee Beck, 32, of Port Lavaca, to two years in state jail, four years probated, $3,235.43 restitution, 100 hours community service, after pleading guilty to burglary of a building in April 2008.
PORT LAVACA - Lydia Sarah Decoux, 20, of Port Lavaca, to four years deferred probation, $5,000 restitution, 50 hours community service after pleading guilty to criminal mischief on March 8.
PORT LAVACA - William Joseph Johnson, 32, of Simonton, to five years deferred probation, a $1,000 fine, $400 restitution, 100 hours community service after pleading guilty burglary of a building on March 19.
PORT LAVACA - Darin Rene Vasquez Luna, 31, of Victoria, to six years deferred probation, $421.31 restitution, 150 hours community service after pleading guilty to delivery of a controlled substance on March 31.
PORT LAVACA - Irvin Mauricio Martinez, 37, of Port Lavaca, to six months in county jail, probated 1 year, a $500 fine, 50 hours community service after pleading guilty to evading arrest or detention on June 7.
PORT LAVACA - Manuel Martinez, 45, of Seadrift, to three years institutional division after pleading guilty to tampering with a governmental record in October 2004.
PORT LAVACA - Kyle Brent Priour, 26, of Corpus Christi, to 10 years deferred probation, a $1,000 fine, $140 restitution, 100 hours community service after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance on July 11.
PORT LAVACA - Gilbert Eugene, 34, of Rockport, to eight years institutional division after pleading guilty to theft in December 2008. He was also sentenced to eight years institutional division after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance in December 2008.
PORT LAVACA - Ahmad R. Brown, 23, of Victoria, to five years institutional division after pleading guilty to delivery of a controlled substance in March 2005.
PORT LAVACA - Andrew Harris Lacy, 46, of Port O'Connor, to probation extended until March 3, 2019 with confinement of no more than 12 months and no less than 90 days in substance abuse felony punishment facility as a condition after pleading guilty to possession of a controlled substance in February 2008.
