Finally Friday.

From the forecast it seems we need to be prepared for a wet weekend.

Speaking of wet ... a developer wants to build a $6 million water park in Victoria if the city council can offer a good incentive package.

Our question of the day deals with this project. Should the city council approve financial incentives for the building of a water park?

We'd like to know what you think. I'll be at Halepaska's Bakery until 9 a.m., then at the Kountry Bakery in Hallettsville until 11.

See you soon.

  • 1,500 people a day, somebody wake that boy up,nobody is going to that run down old park, beautify Riverside park first. We don't need to see all the gangsta boys with their cracks showing out of their pants along with all the tattoos, yea a real nice family atmosphere.

  • Wow, sounds great! Does anyone know more about the project?

  • Awesome idea. Talking about getting "out-of-towners" to come to Victoria from surrounding area's and spend money with retailers---this would do it. Hope they support this?
