The family of Gregoria J. Ramirez wishes to express our heartfelt thanks to Mama's caregivers, our angels on earth:

Crossroads Home Health nurses and staff, especially Sandra Dominguez; Accolade Hospice nurses and staff, especially Chalice Miller, Marie Moorehead, Maria Cervantes, Chaplain Kenneth Hibbs, R.N.s Julia, Marsha, Bobbie, Le Ann, and Renae; Drs. E. Ferrell, A. Wagner and T. Tillman; Castle Hills Pharmacy staff; Da Vita Dialysis staff, especially the nurses and technicians; the second and fifth floor staff of Citizens Hospital; Colonial Funeral Home; Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church, including the Rev.
