Mrs. Kay Sallee of Aransas Pass is pleased to announce the engagement of her daughter, Gina Kay Sallee of Hillsboro, Ore., to John Marion Croft IV of Hillsboro, Ore., son of Mr. and Mrs. John Marion Croft III of Vail, Ariz. Gina is also the daughter of the late Mr. Michael Sallee of Corpus Christi, formerly of Victoria.

The couple will marry at 6 p.m. on October 10, 2009, at The Reserve Vineyards & Golf Club in Aloha, Ore.

Gina is a 1994 graduate of Victoria High School, a 1999 graduate of Del Mar College in Corpus Christi with an Associates degree in Nursing, and attended Texas A&M Corpus Christi for undergraduate studies. She is employed by Oregon Health & Science University Hospital in Portland, Ore. as a Registered Nurse in the critical care float pool.

John is a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School in Monroe, La., a 1994 graduate of Louisiana Tech University with a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, and a 1996 graduate of The University of Arizona with a Masters degree in Chemical Engineering. He has been employed with Intel Corporation in Hillsboro, Ore. for twelve years as a Senior Chemical Engineer specializing in ultra pure water.
