Another week has zoomed by, and it's time for pigskins and pom poms again.

Our question of the day deals with a school issue.

What do you think should be the most important factor when considering a school dress code? (See today's story on the dress code in the Victoria school district.)

Comfort? Uniformity? Safety?

We'd like to know what you think. I'll be at Halepaska's Bakery until 9:30 or so this morning. Stop by and give me your opinion. See you soon.

What's a ranging reporter? These reporters go out into the community, regularly filing live reports, photos and video from around the Crossroads region. To contact Sonny Long, e-mail slong@vicad.com or just add a comment to this story.

  • the vote should be specific. the poll they did was vague as for the purpose. then admin wants to throw in mannerisms like hands behind the back and the such and clouds the purpose of a true outcome wanted for the uniforms.

This committee is the same one that chose/recommended the same colors for 2 high schools.

  • If all the schools went to wearing uniforms we would'nt be having any problems. i think that this issue should be put on a ballot on our school elections
