Terry and Diana Kubenka of Victoria are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Christina Michelle Kubenka, to Matthew Evald Larsen, son of Roy Larsen and Victoria Mason of Austin.

The couple will marry on January 2, 2010 in Austin.

Christina is a 2003 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Liberal Arts degree. She is employed by The Department of Family and Protective Services in Austin and is pursuing a Masters degree in Social Work from Texas State University.

Matthew is a 2008 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in German.
