Donald and Jennifer Shellenbarger of Victoria are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Laura Shellenbarger, to Clint Chovanec, son of Mark and Lisa Chovanec.

The couple will exchange wedding vows on December 5, 2009, at Holy Family Catholic Church.

Laura is a 2003 graduate of St. Joseph High School, a 2004 graduate of The Woodhouse School of Wellness, and after completing the State Examination in 2005 she was certified as an LMT. She is a self employed Licensed Massage Therapist working at Bazar Cuts Day Spa in Victoria.

Clint is a 2003 graduate of St. Joseph High School, a 2006 graduate of the Victoria College with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Network Administration and a 2008 graduate of the University of Houston-Victoria with a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences in Computer Information Systems. He is employed by the Victoria Independent School District as a Computer Technician in the Technology Department.
