Q: Which is your favorite Hermes scarves created by Refugio-native Kermit Oliver?

A: Wales: Les Ameriques (1994) "All the symbolism and just everything in it. They are just amazing works of art."

A: Kelley: LaFayette (2007) "Had LaFayette not brought his ships to Yorktown, we'd be British subjects. I like the colors in it."

Q: What makes Oliver's Hermes scarves different from other scarves?

A: Wales: "Most of them are bold but simply done," he said of ordinary Hermes scarves. "These are something you want to frame and put on the wall. "

Q: Why should both local and people from across the globe visit this exhibit?

A: Kelley: "It's something very unique that you can't find anywhere else."

Q: What exhibits will be coming soon to the Refugio County Museum?

A: Wales: "We're not sure. People give us ideas and we see what we can do to put it together."
