VICTORIA - An 18-year-old Victoria man by officers Friday on suspicion of possession of more than one gram of a controlled substance in a drug-free zone.
AGUA DULCE - Jaime Ortiz, 37, of Agua Dulce, by deputies Friday on a warrant charging him with stolen property valued at more than $500.

PORT LAVACA - A Calhoun County grand jury returned indictments against 13 people on Wednesday.
Indicted were:
Christopher Lee Beck, 32, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of burglary of a building on April 10, 2008
Roy Allen Coffey, 44, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of possession of less than one gram of a controlled substance on June 6.
Lydia Sarah Decoux, 20, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of criminal mischief resulting in more than $20,000 in damage on March 8.
Amanda Marie Ezzell, 22, of Point Comfort, on a charge of possession of less than 28 grams of a controlled substance in a drug free zone on June 23.
Joaquin Fuentes, 24, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of assault causing bodily injury to a family member on June 21.
Martin Guzman, 44, of Port Lavaca, on two charges of retaliation on July 22.
Mark Wayne Jones, 50, of Seadrift, on a charge of his third offense of driving while intoxicated on July 1.
Irvin Mauricio Martinez, 37, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of evading arrest or detention by use of a vehicle on June 7.
Sean David McCord, 27, of Victoria, on a charge of boating while intoxicated on July 12.
Ernest Maseda Parker III, 17, of Port Lavaca, on a charge of assault against a public servant on July 9.
Alejandro Reyes, 25, of Bloomington, on a charge of possession of a firearm by a felon on June 8.
Sean Martin Silvas, 33, of Point Comfort, on a charge of his third offense of driving while intoxicated on July 23.
