Henry and Lil Hosek, Jr. of Victoria celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on September 15, 2009. A family dinner was held to honor the couple.

Lillie Mae Schroeder and Henry Anton Hosek, Jr. were married September 15, 1959, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Victoria. Rev. Dr. J.M. Schedler officiated the ceremony.

They are blessed with 3 children and 5 grandchildren: Sabra and Craig Sauer with children Grant, Logan, and Shana Sauer; Henry and Janet Hosek, III with children Justin and Karissa; and Amber and Jay Young.

Henry retired from DuPont after thirty-five years of service. Lil retired from The Order of the Sons of Hermann after twenty years of service.
