ROSENBERG, Texas (AP) — A Texas man is claiming $1 million from a Blockbuster scratch-off card he bought from a store in Rosenberg,
Rudy's Stop&Shop owner Mike Brasla told The Associated Press Saturday he wasn't sure of the man's full name.
The win is an "instant cash" ticket, where the buyer matches numbers.
Brasla said he believes his store sells more lottery tickets than any other in Texas, with at least 300,000 tickets sales monthly.
