40th Anniversary
Ronnie and Karen Kern of Victoria recently celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary. Karen Shock and Ronald Kenneth Kern were married on August 30, 1969 at First Baptist Church in Victoria. The Rev. Leo Smith officiated the ceremony.
God blessed the couple with 4 boys, Chad and wife Constance, Kyle and (fiancee) Larena Hahn, Shawn and wife Nancy, Waylon and wife Amanda. Grandchildren of the couple, are Cheyenne Renee, Callie Grace, and Lane Kenneth, and two grandbabies on the way.
Ronnie is self employed and longtime owner of Victoria Foundation Company. Karen is a Airdriver for UPS in Victoria. They enjoy their beautiful grandbabies, playing the fiddle, camping, and their farm at Cuero. They are also active members of Crescent Valley Baptist Church.
