Friday Night Football blog

Are you attending one of the games tonight? We have created a special blog, Friday Night Football, where you can post photos related to tonight's football games. This is perfect for those with mobile phones capable of sending photos via e-mail. You can also send your photos after the game.

Email the photos to post@pressbox.posterous.com. The subject of your email becomes the title of your post. You can include a short description in the body of the email and this will be included in the post. If you'd like your photo to be considered for publication in print, please include the name of the person taking the photo. Once approved, your photos will appear on the Friday Night Football blog.

    We have about 20 schools in our primary coverage area, so the decision about which team to cover every week is always challenging. It's our intent to provide equal coverage to all area schools as best we can. Since Memorial is the largest school in our area (not to mention a school in its last year), we felt it necessary to send a reporter to Corpus Christi for the game in question.
    It's not that we value Memorial more than St. Joseph or Faith Academy or any other school, but we always have to consider what's best for the majority of our readership. That doesn't mean we always make the right choice, but we certainly do try.

    why do ya'll drive to corpus christi to cover memorial football, but don't go to copver st. joseph who has a better record. and is part of victoria sports. please answer,
