  • A ticket should be given to the one at fault. Isn't it strange how officers are out there looking for people who go a few miles over the speed limit and then lets someone who could have killed a person, get off without a ticket?
No one wants a ticket on their record because it makes their insurance go up, so as an incentive, giving a ticket for those who cause a wreck is warranted.

  • Officer Kelly Luther said Bland, the driver of the Lumina, was found at fault for failure to control her speed. She was not ticketed.

This is the second time this week that a driver at fault was not ticketed. Does this mean that if I cause a wreck I will not be ticketed? VPD do your job and give the person in the wrong a ticket!
