Victoria Dog Obedience Club
"Man's best friend is an obedient dog" is the mantra of the Victoria Dog Obedience Club. Its fundraising efforts, including Pets with Santa photos each December, benefit Adopt-a-Pet, Dorothy O'Connor Pet Adoption Center, Pets Are Worth Saving and the City of Victoria/Victoria County animal control, among others. The club maintains the goals of the American Kennel Club. Members of the dog-loving public are welcome to join.
