    In spite of some of the good that it could do
    I am against the establishing of

    any type of refineries,petrochemical plants

    or other production plants that may contribute

    to pollution/smog,air impurities in our area.

    It would be good to have Texas back sustaining ourselves,

    but I would like to see environmentally clean possibilities.
