Cougars drop two on the road

The Faith Academy volleyball team dropped two tough games against UIL opponents on Wednesday at Industrial.

They fell to Karnes City 25-19, 25-22, and to Wharton 26-24, 25-15.

Ashley Tyau had a total of nine blocks and 16 kills in the two games to lead Faith Academy.

The girls will play again at 12:30 p.m. Thursday, opponent TBD.
