Victoria is moving in the right direction. It was great to see the new schools active and the VC & UHV parking lots full. Keep it up Victoria!
aztlanthe real archie bunker was republican this one is just bonkers!
Victoria and Corpus Christi have the same problem . A city council who cannot make a decision. They have to hire a consulting firm to tell them what to do . Would be cheaper on the taxpayers to fire the council and hire the consulting firm to run things.
Which chemical company?
I believe Archie B was a republican...
citizenthe Republicans talk allot of BS but hardly accomplish anything! They try to hold back progress! you sound like them!
citizensince you are so smart maybe we should put you as a leader so things can really be good! you sound like a typical whiner on this forum! and probably a Republican too!
Forget it, g4further...let Citizen go...someone else is going to need that building.
archiebonkers2, you stay here...Victoria needs people like you.
What is your solution? Have you spoken to your any of your local city/county folks with your ideas.
I am moving, and moving my Chemical Company out of Victoria County. Its basic economics, the leadership is running this town in to the ground. Victoria really needs an advisory group to come in and look over things and bring in some outside help to help boost Victoria's economy. I understand trying to spruce up the down town area, but the damn jingle BRING YOUR BOOTS is nothing but a joke and a major flop.
citizenthanks for the warning we'll move as soon as possible!
Citizen, you stated "This town stand no chance"
You should Leave then, get out now while you can.
It's good that Cattepillar is coming to Victoria, but honestly as for the economic future of Victoria with the current group running it and all the give aways. This town stand no chance.
