I am from Goliad and my friend was talking about the accident on her Facebook, so I put a comment on Victoria Advocate's Facebook letting them know about the fire early Friday morning. They said they had not heard anything about it until I told them, so I am glad I said something...of course they would have found out eventually. I don't mind helping them out whenever I hear something that is newsworthy.

We attempted Friday and through the weekend to get information on this incident, but calls were not returned until Monday. We agree this reporting is later than it should be.
