It's not surprising! The Victoria Advocate has a very hard time getting facts straight before going to Print! I'm not alone in thinking it should no longer be viewed as a reputable source of information when it comes to serious news events. Instead I have discovered that many of my colleagues view it as basically a tasteful tabloid with many of its "breaking" news stories based of half truths and stories based on hearsay. And that kind of stuff really sales!! Well at least they can admit to a few corrections.
