A motorcyclist involved in a Sunday morning accident remains hospitalized.
Victoria resident John Lincon, 38, was injured after striking a Ford truck near the intersection of North George Street and East Power Avenue early Sunday morning.
The motorcycle was traveling north on George Street when the southbound truck attempted a left turn.
The motorcycle struck the passenger side of the truck, said the Victoria Police Department.
Lincon was taken to DeTar Hospital Navarro where he remains in the intensive care unit.
The truck's driver, 18-year-old Victoria resident Lidia Armendorize, and her passengers, Ignacio Ayala and Kristopher Durst, were not injured during the accident.
Although officers said Lincon smelled of alcohol, he was not arrested.
As of Monday evening, it was unknown whether charges would be filed against him.
