  • This physician should lose his medical license since he retaliated against professionals that have been proven to report him in good faith.
The nurses were compelled by their Nursing Practice Act to report unprofessional conduct and could have lost their licenses if this was done inappropriately. In fact, even with the threat of losing their jobs, they reported and completed their professional duty. The Practice Act that regulates physicians in Texas actually mentions retaliation and its penalites. It should be enforced to the fullest extent of its ability, esp since he has been sanctioned by The Texas Medical Board on previous occasions( public information).

  • YOU need to learn what these people did to this nurse.
Due process in the case of this nurse has happened and has been well covered in other newspapers and magazines. And you might find someone who worked in his office here in Victoria before it was raided and shut down. This guy and his cousin-wife represent what is wrong with doctors at the medicare/medicaide trough. These 2 articles are a good start.

  • Usually I don't agree with GOP but tonight I have to. I will sleep well tonight knowing justice will finally be served to this disgrace to the profession.
