Ace in the Hole band at 9 p.m. at Schroeder Dance Hall, advance tickets $20 and $25 at the door. Advance tickets on sale in Victoria at Pizazz, The Homestead, Victoria Harley Davidson and online.

Diamonds & Denim for Downs from 8 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. at Club Westerner, $10 per person. Music by Southern Rose, silent auction and door prizes. Benefiting The Down Syndrome League of Victoria.

VFW Hall New Year's Eve Dance from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m., $12 pre-sale, $15 at door. Call for table reservations, 361-652-3885. Music by The Fabulous Majestics.

Lu Raq's New Year's Eve Celebration With Cedryl Ballou & The Zydeco Trendsetters from 8 p.m. to 2 a.m.

Nordheim Shooting Club New Year's Eve dance from 8 to midnight, $10 per person. Music by Whiskey River Band.

The Rackit Texas Style New Year's Eve Party from 9:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. at Dodge City Nightclub. No cover charge.
