Candidates in contested local races will have the opportunity to give a brief statement on their qualifications/background/platform during a live forum from 6-9 p.m. Monday. They will then field written questions from the audience.
The forum, sponsored by the League of Women Voters, will be held at the Welder Center, 207 N. Main St. and is open to the public.
Hard copies of the League of Women Voters voters guides will also be available free of charge.

I agree with Writein! They might even want to consider disclosing which campaigns their owners have invested heavily in. Unless you don't consider co-signing a loan by a candidate "contributing".
