  • Why has no one complained about the debris from the fireworks all the years the show was held at the community center? Does the debris just blend in on that side of town? Have any of the whiners that complained about the traffic ever attended the show at the community center? If so, then they would know it is just as jammed up there. Here's a simple suggestion to all you babies who have nothing better to do, STAY HOME! Or better yet, pack up and move. Sorry, this had nothing to do with the weather.

  • Since when is Mother Nature so angrey at us? Since we pollute her water with our out of control drilling for oil; since we pollute her air with our factories/plants that spew forth poision; since we throwaway plastic in landfills/roadways that will outlive our next ten generations; since we mine coal and then leave those coal fires burning. Wouldn't you be angry at selfish, dirty, thoughtless people who don't appreciate your value?

  • The rain from TD2 is already here. Since when did Mother Nature decide she hated us?

  • Hope it rains enough to wash all of the debris from the fwshow off the side walks and parking lot at ethel lee tracy park. then the city can say they cleaned it up. was just at the park and it is still there. Lets KEEP VICTORIA BEAUTIFUL. the run off from the rain will drain it into the drainage ditch in front of the mall for every out of town visitor to see. I have pick up what I could but there is just too much.
