CROSSROADS COMPETITORS

Competitors are expected to cross the Victoria checkpoint about 5:30 p.m. Saturday.

Here is how the two teams known to the Advocate fared as of 7 p.m.

The No. 80 boat, made up of Fred Mynar, Brian Mynar, Jerry Cochran, Jeff Glock, Chuck Stewart and Wade Binion, crossed the Palmetto checkpoint at 5:01 p.m. for second place.

The No. 21 boat, made up of Sammy Prochaska, crossed the Palmetto checkpoint at 6:52 p.m. He is tied for 13th place with boat No. 152, with Vance Sherrod.

TOP 5 TEAMS

The No. 314 boat, made up of Andrew Stephens, Amado Cruz, Daniel Cruz, Andrew Soles, Sam Ritchie and Dam Hammer, crossed the Palmetto checkpoint at 4:59 p.m. for first place.

The No. 80 boat, made up of Fred Mynar, Brian Mynar, Jerry Cochran, Jeff Glock, Chuck Stewart and Wade Binion, crossed the Palmetto checkpoint at 5:01 p.m. for second place.

The No. 3 boat, made up of Tommy Yonley and Tim Rask, crossed the Palmetto checkpoint at 5:30 p.m. for third place.

The No. 807 boat, made up of Dodd Yeager, Brandon Stafford, Andrew Condie, Mark Simmons, John Mark Harras and John Dupont, crossed the Palmetto checkpoint at 5:31 p.m. for fourth place.

The No. 122 boat, made up of Kyle Mynar and Logan Mynar, crossed the Palmetto checkpoint at 5:52 p.m. for fifth place.
