Question of the Day: Should the federal, state government be able to regulate who can own firearms?

Ranging Reporter J.R. Ortega was at Ramsey's Restaurants asking the early birds what they think about the federal and state government regulating who can own firearms.
A: "The government needs to read the Constitution and follow that. That will make it real clear."
