    0.0621 cents per kilowatt hour is 100 times cheaper than anything I have heard of.

    shouldn't this read either $.0621/kWhr, or 6.21 cents/kWhr?

    Sounds like this needs to be corrected before this utility is swamped with calls for power that is 100 times cheaper than the going rate.

    shopping for power might save you pennies per KW but it also raises cost to people by charging for all the poles and wire that was free before the govt got involved.
