I don't know the pay schedule, but I imagine it's spread out over a few years. If so, he will probably sell it to JG Wentworth or something similar, for 30% of the value for a lump sum. That lump sum will then buy a new truck, house and boat. Taxes will not be paid and they will be liquidated to cover said taxes. Timeline-4 years.

Or, he could be someone who values a dollar and realizes that it's really not that much. Puts into solid investments and lives off of the interest. Timeline-the rest of his life.
