Two people were transported to the hospital after a two-car wreck on U.S. Highway 87 South about 6:40 p.m. Sunday.
Shannon Minor, 30, of Victoria, was driving a Pontiac Torrent across the southbound lane on Farm-to-Market Road 1686 when she struck a Ford F-250 truck traveling in the outside lane, according to Texas Department of Public Safety Trooper Jeannie Slovacek, who investigated the crash.
The truck, driven by Bradly Gulsby, 51, crossed a bar ditch before overturning and coming to a stop about 30 feet west of the highway.
Gulsby's 15-year-old son was in the vehicle at the time, but was uninjured, according to Slovacek.
Minor was taken to DeTar Hospital Navarro, where she was in stable condition Sunday night, according to the house supervisor.
Gulsby was taken to Citizens Medical Center, where he was still being evaluated but appeared to be in stable condition, according to the house supervisor.
Airbags in both vehicles deployed, and all three involved were wearing their seatbelts.
The crash is still under investigation.
