Constitution Street will be reduced to one-way eastbound traffic between Main Street and Bridge Street beginning Wednesday for about four weeks for the construction of a new curb, gutter, sidewalk and storm sewer.

Parking will be restricted on the north side of Constitution Street, adjacent to the south side of DeLeon Plaza, between Main and Bridge streets during this period.

The contractor will continue to reduce Main Street between Forrest and Constitution streets to one lane for about three more weeks to complete the construction of a new curb, gutter, sidewalk, and storm sewer. Parking will not be allowed along the west side of Main Street between Forrest and Constitution streets, adjacent to DeLeon Plaza, during this time.

Drivers can expect delays in the work zone and should use alternate routes to get around the work zone if possible. All businesses and parking lots in the construction zone will remain accessible via alternate routes. On-street parking will be prohibited in the work zone.

This construction is part of the $2,168,275 Main Street and DeLeon Plaza Improvements Project. The contractor is SER Construction Partners of Pasadena.
